All subscription orders ship free, always. Because if you're committed to the cookies, we're committed to you.

 

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

We process orders Monday through Friday and do our best to get every order out within 24 hours of receiving. 

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We ship to the contiguous United States only at this time.


HEADS UP: YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN TWO SHIPMENTS

If your order includes both cookies and Fields Goods, they ship from separate locations and may arrive on different days.

Our cookies are shipped ambient and travel well. Like any baked good, they're happiest out of the heat. Bring them inside as soon as they arrive and store in a cool, dry place for the best taste and texture.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?

We've got you. If your package is lost, stolen, or anything arrives that isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right. 

Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number to hello@fieldsgood.co and we'll take it from there. No burnt cookies, no hassle.


RETURNS

Because our cookies are a food product, we're unable to accept returns. That said, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, we will always make it right — just get in touch.
