Cookies come in a box of 10 individually-wrapped cookies. Our Good Sampler includes 6 individually-wrapped cookies (2 x Focus, 2 x Protein, 2 x Sleep).

Each cookie is formulated around a specific daily need, with ingredients at clinically meaningful doses. The Focus Cookie features ingredients to support attention and cognitive performance. Each and every Fields Good cookie recipe starts in Ashley's home kitchen. After we finalize the recipe, we work with trusted commercial manufacturing partners following strict safety and quality standards to produce our cookies.

Our cookies taste great for up to 6 months. We use only natural preservatives, which keeps the ingredient list cleaner but the shelf life shorter than a conventional packaged snack. You can store Fields Good cookies in the freezer to preserve freshness even longer. Best‑by dates are printed on packaging and vary depending on the product.

While our cookies are delicious, they are functional. For the Protein Cookie, 1–2 is the suggested serving, though up to 3 is safe for most adults. We recommend a maximum of 2 x Focus Cookies, and 1 x Sleep Cookie per 24-hour period to ensure you stay within optimal ranges for functional ingredients.

The Focus Cookie is a rich dark chocolate cookie with espresso and sea salt, formulated with 250MG Cognizin® Citicoline, 3G creatine, and 50mg L-theanine to support focus, attention, and alertness. Together they form a cognitive performance stack in a single cookie.
